RANGE OF DUTIES

Responsible for promoting computerization of administrative affairs, and supporting the efforts of each unit to apply technology to make their work flow more efficient, this section also assists with problems in applications. The section applies technology to partition databases, directs data flow and restricts user rights to protect data security and maintain stable administrative affairs system that provides data on demand in a safe environment for good service. Detailed tasks include:

• Analysis, development and design of computerized administrative affairs system.
• Information technology training.
• Support streamlining and computerization of administrative units’ workflow.
• Support administrative units in their hardware and software purchase decisions.
• Construct and maintain systems for user units.
• Build up and back up databases, manage user rights restrictions.
