2022-10-04資訊網路處預計於2022/10/09(日) 上午八時至下午六時,進行台北校區網路機房「UPS不斷電設備」汰換工程。
期間機房電力將暫時中斷,校園網路與網站系統亦將暫停服務。若工程提前完成,則提前恢復服務,不另行公告。
造成不便,敬請見諒。

影響主要服務:台北校區及基河校區對外網路連線、無線網路連線、校務系統、Moodle系統、雲端教室系統等位於台北校區的主要服務。

Information and Network Division is scheduled to replace the Uninterruptible Power Supply apparatus in the Network Server Room on Taipei campus from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on October 09 (Sunday), 2022.
During the replacement period, the electricity to the server room will be shut off, so Internet service and webpage systems will be temporarily suspended. The Internet connection will be resumed once the replacement is completed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Google 於 2021/2 的「Workspace for Education (原 G Suite for Education) 儲存空間政策異動」公告,Google 將自 2022/7/1 起限縮全校用戶僅能共同使用 100TB 的儲存空間。統計目前全用戶的儲存空間用量總計超出數倍,Google 公司目前已提供空間限制測試功能,本校將依下列計劃實施。
2022-05-11依原公告計劃將限縮本網域帳號 G Suite 帳戶儲存空間(各網域空間限制將以郵件寄送至信箱中,請注意查收)。
請目前仍在使用之在校生G Suite 使用者請將空間用量縮減至規定容量以下,6/1將使用Google提供空間管理措施設限該帳號使用空間為規定容量,將使超過空間容量之帳號無法正常使用(包含接收郵件)。
6/15 日將進行刪除帳號空間超過規定容量之帳戶(或雲端硬碟目錄) (帳戶刪除後,其所屬資料將一併刪除且無法復原),避免導致學校所有G Suite帳號無法使用。超過一年以上無登入紀錄之帳號,亦將不定時刪除。
學校教職員生需使用大量雲端空間者,可參考使用微軟OneDrive雲端硬碟,目前提供本校在校教職員生每個人5TB空間(ms1.mcu.edu.tw之帳號即為office365、onedrive帳號)。
未來若有任何異動或資訊更新,例如:服務對象縮減、服務內容縮減,本處將儘速宣導周知。然本服務屬Google公司免費提供,本校實無管控權力,惠請知悉,請多包涵。

台北校區VPN遠端桌面連線方式變更公告/Announcement for Updated Taipei Campus VPN Remote Desktop Connection
2022-01-24因台北校區設備更換,預計自2022/1/24起,變更VPN遠端桌面連線方式,變更後的連線方式與桃園校區相同。

主要步驟包括:
1.下載安裝VPN軟體(與桃園校區相同,若已安裝過則不需重新安裝)。
2.設定VPN伺服器位置。
3.輸入教職員資訊系統帳號密碼登入連線。
4.使用遠端桌面軟體連接校內電腦(雲端教室不限制)

Due to the replacement of equipment on Taipei Campus, the VPN remote desktop connection method will change and be identical to that used on Taoyuan Campus from January 24, 2022. Please refer to the details at URL: https://reurl.cc/EpRrNR
Main Steps:
1.Download and install the VPN software (same software as used on Taoyuan Campus; no need to reinstall if already installed).
2.Set VPN server location.
3.Log in to the system with your Faculty Information System account and password.
4.Use remote desktop software to connect to the computer on campus (unrestricted for cloud classrooms)

2022.01.14 台北校區對外網路防火牆設備設定調整/Taipei Campus Outbound Firewall Device Setting Adjustment Notice
2022-01-11資訊網路處預計於2022/01/14(五)下午六時至七時,調整台北校區「對外網路防火牆」設定。期間台北校區及基河校區對外網路連線將會短暫中斷。防火牆設定若提前調整完畢,則提前恢復網路連線。造成不便,敬請見諒。

Information and Network Division is scheduled to adjust settings for the outbound firewall device of Taipei campus from 18:00 PM to 19:00 PM on January 14, 2022. During the setting adjustment period, the outbound Internet service on Taipei campus and Jihe Complex will be suspended temporarily. The Internet connection will be resumed once the firewall device setting adjustment is completed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Google未來帳戶使用規則/the rules for using Google accounts in the future

因應Google宣佈2022年7月1日起不再提供無限空間,未來Google帳戶使用規則如下:
1.教職員帳號(mail.mcu.edu.tw) : 未來教職員帳號在離職後,將保留6個月後刪除。如有特殊需求,請向資訊網路處申請。未來每個帳戶容量預計為50GB。
2.學生帳號(me.mcu.edu.tw) : 自111年起,於當年度 9 月 1 日前畢業學生之帳號將保留至當年度 12 月 31 日止,帳號將於隔年 1 月 1 日後移除,請同學自行備份資料。在校生仍可繼續使用,但每個帳號容量預計將限制為25GB。110年前已畢業學生帳號,預計將於111年3月底停用,6月1日起陸續刪除。
3.校友帳號(ss25.mcu.edu.tw) : 校友已申請之校友信箱,原則上不刪除帳號,每個帳號容量預計將限制為50GB。
若您的帳號使用容量超過預定,請整理、備份或清理您的資料,若未來Google開始清除超量資料時,本處不負任何責任。依照Google Workspace使用政策,教育版帳號僅限「教育目的」使用,請勿用於商業或違反法律之用途。
Announcement from Information and Network Division
In accordance with announcement from Google, from July 1, 2022, unlimited space will no longer be provided. Please follow the rules for using Google accounts in the future.
1.Faculty and Staff Member Accounts: In the future, faculty and staff member account will be retained for 6 months after resignation. Please apply to the Information and Network Division for special requirements. The future capacity of each account is expected to be 50GB.
2.Student Accounts: From 2022, the accounts of students who graduated before September 1 of the current year will be retained until December 31 of the current year. The accounts will be removed after January 1 of the following year. Students, please back up your own data. Current students can continue use their accounts; however, the capacity of each account is expected to be limited to 25GB. The accounts of students who graduated before 2021 will be suspended at the end of March 2022 and will be deleted from June 1, 2022.
3.Alumni Accounts (ss25.mcu.edu.tw): In principle, existing accounts that alumni have applied for will not be deleted, and the capacity of each account is expected to be limited to 50GB.
If the capacity of your account exceeds the new capacity limits, please organize, backup or clean up your data. If Google starts to clear excess data in the future, the Division will not bear any responsibility for lost files. In accordance with the Google Workspace Usage Policy, education version accounts are only to be used for "educational purposes". Please do not use it for commercial or illegal purposes.
Google 通知公告/Announcement regarding Google Services
2021-12-28因Google政策異動,自 2022 年 1 月 10 日起,取消本校使用Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals版本之會議錄製功能,因此所使用之Google Meet 的會議錄製功能將被取消,敬請有使用之師長提前因應,並請師長多利用學校推行的Teams系統進行線上會議。

Due to a Google policy adjustment, the recording function for meetings on the “Google Workplace for Education Fundamentals” that our institution is using will be deleted from January 10, 2022. 自11/1起,所有遠端桌面連線(RDP)都必須透過VPN安全通道,驗證後進行連線。並停用原先可直接從校外用遠端桌面連線(RDP)方式。同於資訊網路處網站的「校園服務」項目裡的「遠端連線VPN服務」放置VPN連線操作手冊,網址如下,敬請各位老師參閱。主要步驟包括:1.下載安裝VPN軟體。2.設定VPN伺服器位置。3.輸入教職員資訊系統帳號密碼登入連線。4.使用遠端桌面軟體連接校內電腦。(不含雲端教室)
